Zuhura is a Senior Associate at Branken Attorneys, a very passionate individual guided by integrity, ambition professionalism, respect, and strong working principles. She grew up in Dar es Salaam and later attended the University of Dar es Salaam,
Faculty of Law, graduating cum laude with a degree of Bachelor of Laws
Zuhura has a significant transactional knowledge and qualification in broad range corporate laws such as Banking law, Intellectual property law, Negotiable Instrument law, International Trade law, Insurance and Tax laws.
Zuhura has a vast experience in Drafting of contracts, preparing various legal document, Applying for Work Permit and Residence Permit on behalf of our clients, Registration of new company (Foreign andLocal Companies), Filing of Annual Returns and Applying on behalf of our clients for membership of various professional bodies such as CRB and ERB.
She has an extensive experience on litigation, representing client in challenging disputes, she primarily focuses on Civil disputes, Land disputes, and Probate and Administration of Estate matters. Zuhura is committed to management of high level of communication, she takes time to truly involve the client and incorporated their goals, concerns, values and feedback. She manages the relationship transparently so that our clients can see their interest are being served at every stage of litigation process.
