About Me

ADVOCATE

OMEGA STEVEN MYEYA is a practicing advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, and subordinate Courts thereto having Roll No. 8027.

His areas of practice is Litigation basically Civil and Criminal law, and conveyancing. He is currently an Advocate at Branken Attorneys. OMEGA has an experience of 5 years in legal practice. He is also well experienced Counsel in Commercial, Employment and Labour RelationsMatters, therefore he has acquired good legal knowledge and experience in legal practice.   

On those 5 years of practice Omega has come across with legal issues which among other things has made him with a good profound knowledge, understanding, expertise and experience in dealing with complicated legal matters and compliance issues and their related laws and regulations in Tanzania. 

OMEGA works as an Advocate at Branken Attorneys where he has gained so much knowledge and experience in Civil and Criminal law.

He also possesses a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania

• Advising Clients on their obligations and duties as Clients on Criminal and Civil matters
• Omega as Counsel works on providing Consultation and advice  to Clients on criminal and civil case
• Make of legal Representations of Client to the Court of law including to making Application for bail in the court of law.

• Registrations of local Companies for the purposes of conducting businesses in TZ
• Drafting of legal documents for registrations of local companies
• Assisting Clients on drafting of various local companies resolutions, preparing minutes and drafting of Memorandum and  Articles of Associations , and other various legal matters concerning registrations of Companies
• Provision of standby legal advice on various legal issues concerning local companies.
• To provide legal advice within which Companies can end disputes on Altenative Dispute Resolutions

▪ Providing legal opinions and legal advices on matters touching employment and labour laws
