Drafting and review of all forms of construction contract ranging from FIDIC traditional construction contract to FIDIC Design and Build contract.

  Management of all Constructions contract including monitoring of performance bonds, Contractors all risk insurance, advance Payment bonds and undertake their due diligence.

 Investigate statutory registers to determine legal status of subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, contractors and the securities and their sureties.

 Handling of the entire property development process from the initial due diligence to acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financing (up to and including permits), construction, sales and sub titling.
